PILATES PROGRAMS
The Pilates Method trains you for life and makes you stronger for everyday movement. It improves your flexibility, co-ordination, muscle strength and muscle stamina, balance and body awareness. You can achieve better posture, stronger and flatter abs, back pain relief, stronger core muscles and correct muscle imbalances from injuries.

The Adelaide Club Pilates studio offers one on one private instruction and group classes.

WHY ALL MEN SHOULD DO PILATES Most men, whether they are involved in fitness or sport are have at one time or another have had a setback as a result of an injury, muscle tension, stress, or strain. This is often a result of developing strength in an unbalanced way. Pilates emphasizes core conditioning to support and stabilize from the inside out, minimizing the potential for injury and optimizing performance. So if you are looking to improve upon core strength, overall functional strength, increased range of motion & flexibility, enhanced agility, while promoting recovery & injury prevention then pilates is for you.

COMPLIMENTARY PILATES CLASS: This 45 minute session will give you an idea of how Pilates can make you feel better and look better.

PART A: MAT & REFORMER (Level 1)
Tuesday Sept 14th 7 am with Candy

Friday Sept 17th at 1:00 pm with Tracy

PART B: STABILITY AND BALANCE EXERCISES

PART C: MAT & REFORMER (Level 2)

Members: $400+HST / Non Members: $450+HST
Series must be done in sequence, starting with Part A

Open to all levels with Tracy
Pilates Studio: Mondays from 1 pm - 1:55 pm
