Invigorating Fire Flow, 12:45-1:30pm

Ignite your body with a dynamic Fire Flow, a fusion of fitness and yoga using light weights and blocks. This challenging class will leave you feeling strong and centered. (Class level can be adjusted to suit all levels)

Gentle Movement, Breathwork, & Soundbath, 1:45-2:45pm

Following a short break, we'll transition into a calming session of gentle movement and breathwork, designed to promote relaxation and restore balance. This portion will include the soothing sounds of sound bowls, helping you deepen your meditation and unwind.

Green smoothie

Smoothie Recharge, 2:45pm

After the session, head to the HUB to recharge with a refreshing smoothie to replenish!
