Personal Trainer

I have worked with Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Psychologists, Lifestyle Coaches, Proformance Coaches, sports teams, energy healers, naturopaths, and all the people that use these services. I have more than 15 years of experience in the health industry. My interests and self-study include poetry, philosophy, psychology, public speaking, and outdoors.

Training Philosophy:

“Movement should feel like play.” If you don't know how to connect with your body, you won't know how to move your body and never move towards mastering the body. This will lead to an injury of the body, don't blame it on age because it's never too late to learn how to use the body. “Health is not a single action; it is an environment you create.”
