Ricardo Stewart

Personal Trainer

I've been a personal trainer for about a decade, and have been fortunate enough to have worked with a vast array of clients - from athletes to those that have never worked out/moved a day in their lives.

Helping clients gain/regain great health, strength, endurance/stamina, mobility, and overall confidence in themselves are aspects of this job that have brought me the most joy.

I became a personal trainer because as an (ex) athlete I understood/understand how important it is to have a healthy, capable, full functioning body. If I could pass some of that knowledge on and help people the same way I was helped then that would be amazing and very fulfilling.

Training Philosophy:

I believe all people should have the strength and endurance to live life exactly how they would like to, without having to think of getting tired or injured. So, that is how I plan my own personal training programs, as well as my clients (unless it's for something specific).

Quality of life is very important - Proper training can ensure that you keep your quality high.
